BUSINESS BOOTHS
Rules & Regulations
- Any business may apply for booth space, however we
reserve
the right to restrict the number of similar businesses. We
will do our best to ensure that you are not assigned a space near a
similar business, but this is not guaranteed. Only booth space is
provided - we do not provide tents, tables, chairs, etc.
- Registration is required - Participants must submit
a signed application. A donation to Great Day and/or the GFWC Oviedo
Woman’s Club does not automatically grant booth space.
- Once you have registered and your application has
been accepted, you will receive a confirmation email. If we have
not contacted you within 30 days of mailing your application, please
call 407-365-9420,
or email booths@greatdayoviedo.org.

- Make checks payable to: GFWC Oviedo Woman’s
Club.Each display space is approximately 10' x 10'. These spaces are
for display/advertising only. Participants may not sell anything.
However, business cards, literature, and small handouts, such as
pencils, key chains, etc. may be given out (no beverages or food).
- No
transactions are allowed on the grounds, including catalog orders.
It is permissible to have sign-up sheets for mailing
lists and follow-up calls/e-mails. All activities
must be confined to your booth.
- There is no electricity available for booths and we
have limited space for generators, therefore prior approval
for the use of generators by the Event Chairman is required.
- Booth Donations are nonrefundable once space has
been allocated. If no space is available, your donation will be
returned.
- Sorry, NO REFUNDS on Business Booths.
