The Country Store has been a part of Great Day in the Country since the 1970's when it was called "Market Day". Early festivals were located in downtown Oviedo with 30 booths. That is where the OWC Country Store started with its delicious homemade baked goods. In later years it moved to St. Lukes's Church grounds. In 1989, Great Day in the Country was held at the Lawton Grove and proved to be a great success with 200 booths.

To this day, the GFWC Oviedo Woman's Club Baked Goods booth is an important part Great Day, offering a variety of homemade goods including cookies, brownies, pies, breads & cakes, baked with love by the ladies of OWC.

For a sweet treat, stop by our booth in Section E #87, next to the Cultural Center.
